Manifolds

Strata Controls manifolds are used with Pressure Gauges, Differential Pressure Gauges, Pressure Transmitters and Differential Pressure Transmitters. Manifolds enable process isolation from the measurement instruments so regular maintenance can be performed, like calibration and online replacement of the measuring instruments.

Two Valve Manifolds Remote mount (Pipe to Pipe)

Series 6211MF - 2VM

Threaded vertical port inlet and female outlet.
The vent/test connection is positioned on the front side
The venting bonnet is positioned on the right hand side and the isolating bonnet on the left hand side.

Two Valve Manifolds Direct Mount (Pipe to Flange)

Series 6211MF - 2VQ

Threaded horizontal port inlet on the front side and Flange outlet on the back side, test connection on the body.
The isolating bonnets are positioned on the left and right-hand sides and the equalizing bonnet is positioned on the top.

Two Valve Manifolds Remote Mount (Pipe to Pipe)

Series 6211MF - 2VS

Threaded vertical port inlet and outlet.
The vent/test connection is positioned on the front side.
The drain bonnet is positioned on the right-hand side and the isolating bonnet is on the left hand side.

Threaded vertical port inlet and female outlet.
The vent/test connection is positioned on the front side.

Threaded horizontal port inlets on the front side and Flange outlets on the backside.
Two test connections are positioned on the left and right-hand sides of the body.
Two test connections are positioned on the left and right-hand sides of the body.
The isolating bonnets are positioned on the left and right-hand sides
The equalizing bonnet is positioned on the top

Three Valve Manifolds Remote mount (Pipe to Pipe)

Series 6211MF - 3VS

Two threaded vertical port inlets and outlets, both test connections are positioned on the left and right-hand side.
The two isolating bonnets are positioned on the left and right-hand side
The equalizing bonnet is positioned on the front and two drain plugs provided on both sides of the instrument.

Five Valve Manifolds Direct mount (Pipe to Flange)

Series 6211MF - 5VK

Threaded female ports on the front side for instrument connection along with extended Flange for process connection.
The two vent bonnets along with equalizing bonnet are positioned on the top side.
The two isolation bonnets are positioned on the left and right-hand sides.
