Warranty

At Strataa, we are committed to providing superior-quality industrial gauges and controls, coupled with a comprehensive customer service experience. To that end, we present our warranty conditions as an integral part of our commitment.

Our products are protected against defects in manufacturing or workmanship under conditions of use as described in the product's user manual. This warranty remains effective for a period of 18 months from the date of product shipment or 12 months from the date of installation, whichever comes first.

In the event of a defective part, Strataa's liability is confined to replacing or repairing the defective component. The appropriate remedial action will be determined by Strataa. To activate this service, the purchaser must provide written notice to Strataa within 30 days of discovering such defects within the allotted warranty period. Any necessary replacement parts will be supplied from our nearest distribution center.

To ensure the optimal performance of our products, we recommend that the customer calibrates the equipment within the first three months of delivery and subsequently as specified in the user manual.

Please note if the product is subjected to unauthorized repair attempts or is not used in accordance with the user manual, our warranty obligations may become null and void. Additionally, our warranty does not cover deterioration due to normal usage or damage from corrosion or erosion.

Furthermore, Strataa's liability is restricted to restoring the product to its original functionality as per the product specifications. The financial obligation under these circumstances will not exceed the original purchase cost of the product. If the product causes any damage beyond its original functionality, this warranty does not cover those damages unless specified by local laws and regulations.
