The Series 3411LG EC External Chambers are designed with a focus on high-volume containment, perfect for industries that handle large volumes of fluids or gases, such as oil and gas or petrochemical industries. The chambers also offer segregation of process media for applications that require separation of different substances, enhancing safety and convenience.
External mounting is used where space is a limiting factor or mechanical devices like stirrers operate within the tank.
In applications like boilers, reactors etc., with external mounting, isolating is possible for regular servicing. The switch is normally side-mounted, however, for applications like slurry, top installation is preferred. The switch can connect or disconnect electrical circuits of burners, motors & alarms without removing instruments from the tanks.
